Full disinfection cleaning absolutely target your home's high touch surfaces like for example the doorknobs, rails, table surfaces, hard dining chairs (seat, back, and arms), kitchen counters, bathroom counters, faucets and faucet knobs, toilets (seat and handle), light switches, remote controls, game controllers. First, we clean the surfaces, remove any contaminants, dust, or debris. Our team does this by wiping them with soapy water (or a cleaning spray) and a microfiber towel. Then they apply a surface-appropriate disinfectant. We use commercial household disinfectants which are the best protection against disease-causing germs.

  • If feeling sick - please cancel. If you or a family member feel any flu-like symptoms or tested COVID19 positive, we would truly understand the need to cancel the service.

  • Protect yourself and our cleaner. Please keep a safe distance between you and our cleaner. We recommend a 1-2 meter distance while they do their job.

  • Self-isolate after travel. If you have recently traveled overseas, it is required to self quarantine for a period of 14 days from arrival. We would gladly assist you in pushing back your appointment to a different date - hassle free.
